Khoba village has a population of 700. This village is completely undeveloped in the entire tribal area on the Gujarat-Maharashtra border. This zealous and serviceable “Neelam bhai Patel” took over Bidu, as the village, 435 km away from Ahmedabad, seemed to be a paradise. In this small village surrounded by ignorance, superstition, and illiteracy, alcohol was eradicated.
